About Us

John and I have been together for 20 years and he has opened his heart and home to us. If it was not for John my dream would not be where it is today. He so kindly stays home and watches the rest of the gang when I’m off showing on week-ends. I have been in Goldens about 40 years. My passion for goldens started when my father asked me to watch his golden (Goldie) for 3-4 weeks while he and my stepmother went to Hawaii. I had a Samoyed back them and while Goldie was staying with us, I fell in love with her. It took me about 4-5 years after that to get my first golden. It was pure luck when I did finally get my first golden. I was out in the country and had gotten lost and we stopped at a house to ask directions and he had a litter of goldens outside. They were in very poor living conditions and of coarse my heart went out to them and I had to save them, but I couldn’t save the whole litter, but I could make a difference for one of them. So there is where my first golden came from and they have captured my heart ever since.
